- Eliminates data in transit (and the possibility of loss or theft)
- Is a professional, third-party service that verifies data destruction and provides
detailed compliance reports
- Allows your company access to state-of-the-art processes with no investment in software
or staff training
- Makes data destruction possible at multiple company sites in a short period of time
When you request onsite data destruction service, an EBAN Certified Technician comes
to your site with a mobile data destruction server. Prior to arrival, computers
and servers marked for data destruction are stacked or stored by your staff in an
area where the LAN port and power plug are accessible on each machine. The data
destruction server is hooked to the LAN ports of the equipment and power
is run to the computers. The technician will usually destroy data on 30-45 units
per batch until all the units are processed. An EBAN Certified Technician can typically
sanitize 100-150 computers per day, depending on hard drive sizes.
At the end of the data destruction process, the EBAN technician will provide your
company with a detailed report of all hard drives overwritten.
Onsite data destruction quickly pays for itself in terms of saved staff resources
and professional risk mitigation. Pricing is dependent on volume to be wiped.
Onsite service is currently available in the USA and Canada.
